Requirements:
Must have processed 500+ loans from start to finish in a broker environment
Must have been working in a processing role the past two years (2023+)
Must possess these characteristics:
- Problem solver - fixes minor issues without LO involvement, recognizes potential hurdles in advance, understands and navigates AUS quirks, knows how and when to push back on erroneous conditions
- Communicator - constantly communicates with LO's, staff, and clients always in a positive and professional manner

- Committed - takes ownership of the file, relishes their role, has a general pride in everything they do, reliable
- Efficient - works quickly, but never in a hurry, never misses a deadline, closing early is the expectation
Responsibilities:
- oversee the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process
- gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms
- Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
- Run AUS and rectify any errors or omissions
- Manage loan process through mortgage software system
- Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
- Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
- Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients if necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with mortgage loan processing in a broker environment
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
- Technology savvy
